PROGRAM

 

We provide a safe loving environment where your child will be accepted, loved, nurtured and stimulated. We believe that children learn best in a creative natural learning environment. Your child will learn everyday by being a part of an extended family. Patience, sharing, responsibility, compassion for self and others, communication and teamwork will be practiced through participating in the daily routine. We will offer stimulating, developmental activities when your child is ready for them. They involve music and movement, outdoor play, practical life and sensorial activities (play dough, sand and water exploration, etc.), arts and crafts, alphabets and numbers, shapes and sizes, stories, dramatic play, songs, and field trip. We also celebrate special days such as Halloween, Thanks giving, Christmas, Easter, Chinese New Year, children’s birthdays, and other celebrations that provide opportunity for creative expression.

Our program will also include preschool and Montessori based activities.

 

Our goal is to provide a supportive and safe atmosphere for children to thrive emotionally, physically and intellectually. We encourage independence, self-confidence and consideration for others. The children are treated in a gentle and caring manner at all times.

 

3-5 year old PROGRAM SCHEDULE

 

7:30AM – Child Care Opens

7:30-9:00AM-Children arrive

8:00-8:45AM –Preschool activities (writing, printing, ABC’s, 123’s, fine motor skills, arts and crafts, may be some Montessori activities)

9:00-9:30AM-open snack

9:30-10:00AM – Circle time

10:15-11:15 outside play (weather permitting

11:30-12:15PM – Lunch time

12:30-2:30PM –Nap time or quiet time for non-nappers

2:30-3:00- wake up time, quiet play

3:00-3:30PM –open snack

3:30-4:30PM –Free play

4:30-6:00PM – clean up, go home

6:00PM - Daycare closing
